Chicken With Basil Cream Sauce

  • 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Honey Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Fat-free Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
  • 2 cups Hot Cooked Brown Rice
  • 1 medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 Green Onion, Sliced
  • COOK chicken in medium skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until heated thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside.

    MIX mayo, milk and basil in small saucepan; cook 2 min. or until heated through and slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

    SPOON rice onto serving platter; top with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with tomato and onions.
